the evolution of the bungee cord

when a bungee cord meets a chain

this was my first invention not counting 3rd grade science fair, developing this concept got me comfortable with developing product concpets. i just had so much experience in the field tying things down on trucks, i just know there are better ways (and still are). the best place to find inspiration for product design is when you are out there in the field using tools/products/systems and you’ll naturally learn/see/envision what needs to be different for it to be more effective (efficient & elegant). my journey kinda started with this design.
